Does anyone know or has seen an excel spreadsheet with the periodic maintenance tables & log for the Indian Motorcycles? I had an excel speadsheet with the maintenance tables & Log for my 06 Vulcan that I found on their Forum and was just wondering if one exists for the Indians. I've thrown together a quick automated interval spreadsheet for the FJ09 recommended maintenance schedule. Its templated off of another one I found for kawasakis.

Don't need to see Voni's and yours particulars! Just the template is fine. I have to date been using a metal clipboard and different color pens (green for the KLR / red for the R80RT and blue for the R1100S) to enter different data. After almost 11 years of doing this it's getting a little hard to research certain things. But then again, my clipboard has never corrupted and in need of a low level format and re-install with a total loss of data!!! For you guys on the i Phones.
Where are you entering this data? I just got one of these little miracles and I'm sure it'd be interesting to know how you use it for this purpose.
I've been maintaining this so I have a central hub of different kinds of information regarding new motorcycle models that are new rider friendly. (There are also a couple specs for used bikes) A co-worker suggested I share it since it may be useful to some who are shopping in the same 'weight class' I am.

The prices are Ontario specific so those likely won't reflect where you are, but people might enjoy having a central hub of basic technical information in one place. All of the data has been pooled from either manufacturer sites or reputable journalism outlets. Some Dyno graphs are attached on a 2nd tab. (ignore the 3rd tab, it's local dealer info). There is a strong focus on Yamaha/Honda/Kawasaki because locally that's all that is available however I'm willing to add some more models (KTM for example) for comparison purposes.

Also, the Yamaha SR400 isn't on here yet simply because it isn't available in Canada so it would likely never be an option for me in any way. I absolutely agree that you should focus on the three or five year cost of ownership. So insurance costs must be included. In Ontario (I am there as well) insurance is proportional to CC size. (My Vstrom 650, insurance is $400 cheaper than a 1000 cc Vstrom).
